I have had people ask me a few times, “Don’t you get bored at weddings?” or “Aren’t weddings all the same?”, the answer is a 100x no. Every wedding is unique, every connection is unique and every couples love is different.

After meeting Brianna & Marko for their engagement session, I knew their wedding was going to be perfectly them. Brianna & Marko have a connection that you can see from a mile away.  The way Brianna just melts into Marko is like something out of a fairytale. Their day radiated who they are and their love for one another. We started the day out later then usual relaxing and taking thing slow, with the limo coming an hour later then expected Brianna was the most relaxed bride I have ever seen. We then went to the park, where the boys were anxiously waiting and we completed the first look. After we took some photos in the gorgeous autumn light, we ventured to MRKT for a delicious pre-ceremony dinner with close family and friends. Then off to the yellowhead brewery for the ceremony and a ton of dancing (oh did I mention they also has a cookie bar!). The ceremony was amazingly intimate and left me in tears more then once, they completed a candle wishing ceremony – where every guest has a candle so the couple was surrounded by love and light and then at the end each guest blew the candle out making a wish for the couple. While the couple was signing the registry the bridal party and most of the guests broke into song,  they sang the Beatles song “In My Life”. It was so powerful and real, you could just feel the love throughout the room.

Over all this day was AMAZING and I am so blessed that I was able to be there to capture all these intimate moments for these two to cherish for ever. Thank you Brianna & Marko for having us! It was truly a memorable day.
