I have had the pleasure of being friends with Mark and Dani for about 5 years I believe and being apart of their day was so incredible. We were so excited to be able to travel down to Mexico for their family-filled tropical wedding at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. The days leading up to the wedding were beautiful but this particular day we ended up getting torrential down pour for the majority of the day. We actually ended up stuck under the gazebo they got married in cause it was raining so hard, thankfully it all worked out and they still had a perfect ceremony and day. Sometimes during weddings what doesn’t go as planned is what you’ll end up remembering the most and at the end of the day you can’t change the weather so you just have to embrace it! We ended up also going out the next day for a day after session, which I love doing on destination weddings because you can take your time and go to locations that you can’t always make it to on wedding days. These two celebrated their wedding to the wee hours of the morning with their friends and family and it was so perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to document your wedding day!
