Kendra & Kirk were married out in Killam on an absolutely beautiful summer day. I love small towns, there are always so many unique locations and so much character. The morning started out with the girls getting ready at the Clan Malcolm Manor Guest House. I would get married in Killam, just to get ready in this adorable location. It was filled with vintage charm and gorgeous light.

The ceremony was at a local park which made the perfect backdrop for Kendra & Kirk to say, “I do”. Kendra & Kirk had a friend complete the ceremony, I love when couples are able to add such unique twists to their ceremony and make it super meaningful to them. Also, LOVE the huge LOVE sign they had made for their day!

Formals took place at a friends farm where there were smoke bombs, champagne popping and tons of  laughter. This group was so much fun to hang out with all day. Then went into the reception which included a caesar bar, the best bridal party song I have ever heard to Johnny Cash, dancing and we ended with some photos at dusk. If you’ve followed me for a while you know I am obsessed with taking my couples out of their reception for some more couples photos. Usually by that time of day all the formal stuff is done and the couples can really relax and just enjoy each other. Wedding days go by so fast and I find this is such a great time for beautiful photos as well as to reflect a bit on the day.
