Everyone always thinks fall and summer are the best and only time for photos, but that I LOVE shooting sessions in the weird in-between seasons, spring after everything melts and before everything is green – fall when the leaves are all gone but the snow hasn’t arrived. My husband thinks its weird that I gravitate towards the dead season. But the way the neutral landscapes compliments my couples skin tones and the way the golden light shines through Blackmud Creek in South Edmonton. It really is one of the best times. And then you add a super cute couple and boom – magic is made. I have been lucky enough to photograph Becca many times, a few wedding parties, family photos and then her engagement session and their mountain wedding this past fall. Nate and Becca compliment each other perfectly and it shows in these images. Just wait until you see their beautiful mountain wedding.
